Sweet clover may be used on its own or added to other botanical sauna arrangements for fragrance. The dry herb can be placed safely on a sauna shelf, while an infusion may be used for rinsing, foot baths, hair care, or aromatic steam where the heater manufacturer permits it.

Using the herbal bundle
The herbal bundle may be used to fragrance the sauna by lightly moistening it and placing it in a safe warm area.
Some herbs are also traditionally used in infusions or as additions to other botanical sauna arrangements.
Do not place dry herbs directly on the heater, heating elements, or other extremely hot surfaces.
If an herbal infusion is used around a sauna heater, follow the instructions for the specific heater.
Contraindications
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with allergic reactions, reduced blood clotting, internal bleeding, or hemorrhagic diathesis.
Storage
Store the herbal bundle in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight and persistent moisture. Do not use if mold, unusual dampness, or a musty odor develops.
