Using the herbal bundle
The herbal bundle may be used to fragrance the sauna by lightly moistening it and placing it in a safe warm area.
Some herbs are also traditionally used in infusions or as additions to other botanical sauna arrangements.
Do not place dry herbs directly on the heater, heating elements, or other extremely hot surfaces.
If an herbal infusion is used around a sauna heater, follow the instructions for the specific heater.
Storage
Store the herbal bundle in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight and persistent moisture. Do not use if mold, unusual dampness, or a musty odor develops.

Before use, review any contraindications and consider individual sensitivity to herbs and fragrances. If you feel unwell during the sauna session, stop the procedure and leave the sauna.
